Yes! Our employees have completed a thorough recruitment process; they are assessed for the level of knowledge and expertise. Prior to our employees starting employment with us, they must provide us with professional references and their credentials are verified. 

Yes! Usually it is eight hours, but in special circumstances is the same. It is also dependent on the availability of our employees within your local area.

A member of our timely team will contact you and discuss your specific needs when he is discharged. In all likelihood, he will require the service of a personal support worker. The hours of services can be arranged for a time that best suits you and your love ones from  minimum of four hours up to twenty-four hours care. Our employees are supervised by the director of care to ensure proper care. 

Community care access center (CCAC) will assess the needs of clients wishing to remain in their home. The CCAC will initiate service for your mother as you wish. If you require additional help for your love ones you can contact our company by calling or email.

As part of the hiring requirements, professionals must be accomplished in their specific fields with all necessary licensing and continuing education. Beyond that, there is no additional training required
